MIDLAND, MI, October 9, 2024 – Midland Center for the Arts is excited to announce that Space Explorers: THE INFINITE, an immersive theatrical experience inspired by NASA missions aboard the International Space Station (ISS), will be arriving in Midland for four weeks only beginning January 25, 2025. This exclusive engagement, the first in the Midwest and only the sixth appearance in North America promises to captivate audiences with breathtaking 360-degree views of Earth and life in space using advanced virtual video technology.

Space Explorers: THE INFINITE offers a transformative adventure, allowing guests to embark on their own journey in space or share the voyage with others. Visitors will choose their own path through the ISS and into space, interacting with astronauts, learning about life and work aboard the station, seeing Earth from a whole new perspective, and even stepping out for their own spacewalk. This unique journey is designed to engage patrons on a larger scale and position Midland as a prime destination for families, cultural tourists, and school groups throughout Michigan and the upper Midwest, providing both intriguing entertainment and educational opportunities.

Tickets for Space Explorers: THE INFINITE are on sale now with dates through February 23, 2024. Details are available at www.midlandcenter.org/TheInfinite

In addition to general admission, Space Explorers: THE INFINITE offers exciting field trip opportunities for Grades 3-12. Thanks to generous underwriting from Spence Brothers, student tickets are available for just $5, making this an accessible experience for students across the region. Field trip booking details are available at www.midlandcenter.org/InfiniteEDU

The Midland engagement of Space Explorers: THE INFINITE is sponsored by Members First Credit Union, MBS International Airport, and DuPont (who provide technology for NASA, including Ultra-thin DuPont™ Kapton® Polyimide Films to keep the Webb Telescope cool so that it can function properly in space).

Space Explorers: THE INFINITE is presented by INFINITY Experiences, a joint venture between Felix & Paul Studios and PHI Studio, known for creating large-scale immersive projects that revolutionize how visitors experience new extended reality (XR) environments.
